18 Years Of Fast And Furious Shirt was designed to celebrate to Fast And Furious series and remember to Paul Walker. I’m a fan of the Fast and Furious franchise and I can saw, yeah, I get it, 18 Years Of Fast And Furious Thank You For The Memories Shirt. Those series’ of films have definitly evolved from one thing to another. However; I get a little mad whenever I see these other viewers saying that these new films are trash and they need to go back to being about street racing. Because, those films have never been about JUST street racing. People always say, “go back ti the roots of the first films and just do racing” when the first films weren’t even about the raving. In The Fast and The Furious(1), the plot was about the street racing. The plot was about a group of street racers that used their driving skills to attack and hijack semi-trucks for their cargo, and the street race loving cop that was sent in to take them down. In 2 Fast 2 Furious(2), the plot was about that same cop and his ex-con friend sent in to a cartel like guys gang ring to take him down for drugs and money and other shit. The second film had absolutely nothing tondo with street racing other then the main bad guy wanted racers because they were better drivers. Each of those movies is almost 2 hours long and if you actually go back and watch then; they have 6 scenes of racing in them in total across the both of them. So, the Fast and Furious franchise has never been just about street racing. In the 8 total films, only ONE, just one, film has been soley about racing. That film, was The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift(3). No crime plot. No cop infiltrating a gang to take them down. None of the stuff that was in the first two films. Tokyo Drift’s plot was simply, southern white boy got in trouble for racing and was sent to Tokyo to live with his father. In Tokyo, he befriends people that like to race. Falls in love with main bad guys girlfriend. Main bad guy doesn’t like that wants him dead. They have race, watched by main bad guys dad(who is a high member of the Yakuza), to see who gets the girl. Main bad guy loses and is disgraced by his father. The end. That’s it. That’s the plot for Tokyo Drift. The only sort of crime thing, was that Han(character we learn to love throught out the series) works for main bad guy as a muscle to get his money for him. There’s really nothing to Tokyo Drift and that’s why I think it’s, arguably, the worst of the 8 films. So, it’s funny to think that the only truly really about street racing films in the Fast and Furious franchise, isn’t even considered the best by most of the fans of the series that call for a street racing movie.

So most of you probably don’t know this… but I am a hardcore Fast and Furious girl. Like, I own all of them both on DVD and a collectors edition on bluray and several of them digital too so I can literally watch them whenever. Grew up watching them with my brothers, I’ve met Ludacris and fangirled harder over him being Tej than about his music (don’t judge me, I know how bad that is) and Paul Walker (may he rest) was one of the first on screen character that made me go “oh i am uncomfortably aware of how pretty he is” while Letty was DEFINITELY a moment of wlw awakening for my teenage self. Anyway, I love the movies. Like, muscly boys and scantily clad women with the addition of beautiful boys and bad ass women and vroom vroom cars and bopping music and then they added in the Rock and Jason Fucking Statham (which is his full legal name, yes). Plus several amazing POC who aren’t just “yay look I have a gun” but also “hey I’m one of the best hackers in the world.” And who doesn’t love Tyrese with his cheesy ass grin. There is zero plot, its basically the same movie over and over so you know, it takes zero brain power to enjoy which is a nice change from my usual entertainment and of course, exotic locales and big explosives, seriously what else do I want in a movie?
This has literally been written down in one of my notebooks for years. I tried putting it on Quotev a while back but it didn’t work out well. It’s just an old story of mine I intended on writing. You can be the judge whether I continue it or not because I’m not sure how I’m feeling about it. After what seemed like a long life of continuous looking over your shoulder and the constant road ahead of you, it was finally time to rest their heads. Back to where everything began and where now it would end. 1327 was home. 18 Years Of Fast And Furious Shirt, Dom needed no time for adjustment. During the long nights behind the wheel, he longed for the days he was back in his garage working on a car with even a beer in his hand. Once he was finally back home, a large of amount of time was spent living out what he once fantasized. With no history of 1327, Rome didn’t hesitate to make the house his new home. Brian, on the other hand, struggled to adapt to his life back home. With Mia having abandoned the family, Brian hadn’t the slightest clue where to begin picking up the pieces. He did, however, know his stay with Dom would be temporary considering the old memories he had in the house with Mia. He felt like a fool. Why had he not listened to her? All those times she begged for him to stop doing all these ‘jobs’ for people and just go. She wanted to run far away, settle down, and maybe start a family but Brian was oblivious when it came to her desires. He knew now though. Brian could feel deep aching in his chest as he sat on the floor of Mia old room with boxes of his stuff in front of him. No one was sure where Mia was, but Dom had a strong gut feeling that she’d find her way back home. Word would eventually get back to her that they were all off the hook and she’d come back. She’d come back, wouldn’t she?
“Brian.” Rome’s voice awoke him his thoughts and Brian looked up at Rome standing in the doorway. “You wanna something to eat? I’m hungry.” Brian chuckled, moving the boxes out of his way as he shuffled to his feet. He would just put it off another day. “You’re always hungry.” “Least I can eat my feelings while you just stay huddled in the room in yours.” Touché. Brian knew he was defeated so he stayed quiet with his eyes stared at the ground as he walked. He was right. Brian didn’t exactly do a good job at hiding his feelings. The first few days it was like he couldn’t find the door to leave, now it was like leaving stopped him from having to deal with the memories which are the whole reason why this was all temporary. “I’m getting better at it.” He finally looked up at Rome after a long moment of silence. Rome chuckled at first. “Right. Must be why your stuff looked like it hasn’t been touched since you got here.” “It’s temporary.” “Whatever makes you sleep better at night, homes.”

Rome was near from stupid. He was the one person who knew Brian like the back of his hand. He knew his feelings better than Brian could understand them himself. Brian climbed in the car with Rome in complete silence and stared out at the road as he drove the two of them to the restaurant. His stay was temporary. He was only here till he could find a place of his own then he would have to pack it all back up. Or was it because everything he had seemed to remind him of Mia? No, no, it would be his stuff before and even after her. When Rome and Brian finally found their way back to the house after eating, Brian wondered up to Mia’s old room where the boxes of his things still awaited him. He sighed deeply, thinking to himself as he took a seat on the edge of the bed. Was running away from any of his problems doing him any good? He’d have to start somewhere. He hadn’t done anything since they were brought back.
Another sigh slipped from his lips, dragging one of the boxes toward him. He picked up some of his old shirts off the top, setting them on the bed beside him before letting his hand wander further into the boxes of memories. He pulled out an old pair of dirty converses, dusting them off with a smile and placed them on the floor beside the bed. This might not be so bad after all, he thought to himself. One by one he removed his stuff from the boxes, setting any pictures of him and Mia to face down in another box but not before he took a peek at them first. All these years of happiness and he’d let something so little destroy what used to be. His head shook in disappoint, his fingers picking at a piece of paper stuck to the bottom of the box, peeling back on the corner before peeling off the rest of the paper. It was water strained and some of the handwriting on the sheet had smeared.Brian, Hi, it’s me. I don’t even know where to begin. You have probably already heard that I’ve been released and now that you’re reading this I’m already gone. I had Rome put this letter under your pillow so the guards wouldn’t take it before it got to you. I hate myself for not having the guts to tell you in person. It was nice knowing you for the short time that I did. You helped pick me up at even one of my lowest points and I can’t thank you enough for believing in me. I’m really nervous actually to get back out there. 18 Years Of Fast And Furious Thank You For The Memories Shirt, I’ve prayed countless times that I don’t whine up in jail the next time. I’m totally kidding so don’t worry yourself. There won’t be next time, I promise. Now that brings us onto the next subject. Please stay out of trouble. I know it’s tempting, but please. As far as us seeing each other after this, I’m pretty certain that won’t happen. No offense to you though you’re probably already offended. Florida is a long way from Cali and I see neither of us traveling the miles. You’ll have long forgotten about me when you get out and get back to what you do best. Honestly, I think that would be for the best. We should probably just leave it at that. I’m sorry it happened this way. I really wish you nothing but the best when you’re finally out. Maybe someday we’ll meet again.
